Jeff is responsible for overseeing all facets of property and facility management throughout the portfolio including team management, budgeting, financial accountability and construction.
Jeff has over 17 years of experience in the real estate industry including managing residential, retail and 6 years of Class A tower management in the Boston CBD, including 2 TOBY award winners. He also spent many years in high-rise condominium development. Throughout his career, Jeff’s focus has been on building strong teams of property manager’s, facilities staff and vendors to manage assets to the highest potential including tenant relationships and preventive maintenance. Additional areas of emphasis have been on construction management and financial reporting.
Jeff has possessed a MA real estate license for over 15 years and is a MA Notary Public and Cum Laude graduate of Northeastern University.
